The airline names, route information, schedules and fare brands/ logos on this website are used to designate the travel inventory or source (supplier content) available and do not necessarily imply that MikoFlight Inc is affiliated with, endorsing or is sponsoring the airline or its content unless otherwise stated. MikoFlight Inc shall provide both self-service and assisted booking, optionally by phone, chat or e-mail. Where there is a difference in the service level, in the presence of assisted-booking fees or in the case where timing/availability varies between the two channels, prices displayed on the website and quotation via an assisted channel may differ.
On MikoFlight, MikoFlight Inc would love to see pricing be transparent, review and fair. Subject to conditions detailed below, MikoFlight Inc reserves the right to review a properly submitted claim that a lower total publicly available airfare may have been offered for the same itinerary, on or shortly after a MikoFlight booking. It does guarantee, when a claim is properly documented, it will be considered consistently over all time and no hidden criteria will be used.
When referring to an itinerary, the meaning of "the same itinerary" shall mean that the itinerary includes the same itinerary elements such as airline, airlines if multiple airlines, and/or marketing airline where applicable, flight number or the substantially same flight number, the origin and destination airport, travel dates, departure window (if operated under a fixed window), fare family or itinerary is subject to booking conditions, passenger numbers/types, and whether checked baggage, seat flexibility, or any other feature, is included in the total or not, is dependent on the situation. There must be a like for like comparison in a public comparison. Please note costs for a Basic fare without cabin baggage allowances will be different to a standard fare with cabin baggage allowances. If the quote includes a fee for an assisted-service charge, then the price for an online only self-service checkout is not always equal to the price of an agent-assisted travel planning service. A cheaper total-price service provided by a comparison site if they start their price off with a headline fare and then comply with the fee is not a lower total on this page before the mandatory fees are added, unless the lower total is also actually available to the public.
The following is the criteria for MikoFlight Inc to consider claims: The lower fare was advertency and available to everyone during the claim period; the lower amount was valid for the whole journey. The total lower price includes all those charges which can be or cannot be determined at the time of the purchase of the ticket. In case there are two optional extras, but the customer wants to avail one with it while the other option is offering one without it; in that case, he cannot include that optional extra in the comparison unless his offers are offering that too on the same level. If taxes and any mandatory supplier/agency fees are known they should be added to the comparison. The calculation process for the comparison of taxes is only considered if the tax charged is subject to change after passenger information has been entered into it.
Price Match claims must be resolved either by the time of the original booking confirmation time, or before the first flown segment, whichever comes first, after 24 hours from receiving a booking confirmation from MikoFlight Inc. The claim needs to contain the MikoFlight booking reference, the itinerary booked, booking claimant full name, the lesser amount, the comparison URL (if provided), the capture date and time, the currency displayed, and screenshots or a third-party, objective record of the lesser public price. Where it is not reasonably possible to determine an answer on the basis of initial documents provided, MikoFlight Inc. may ask for additional proof. If your claim is not a claim which can be proven independently, then it may be rejected as such.
MikoFlight Inc will process your successful “Price Match” claim either through. An example would be if the booking were still valid, and the scenario played out according to what would happen in reality, MikoFlight Inc. could have distinction between the overall amount paid from the lower reputed like overall amount paid. Secondly, the difference may be offered as agency credit (and not as a difference in price) where it is not operationally feasible to refund the difference, but where another appropriate, disclosing remedy is commercially suitable. Thirdly, if the flight booking is within the appropriate time frame, in which case the newly quoted fare can be canceled without the loss of the airfare cost, MikoFlight Inc will give you an opportunity to cancel the booking and receive back your booking costs according to cancellation policies. The actual remedy extended will depend on the status of the ticket, how long it's been open, whether or not it's been paid, rules and feasibility that are revealed to the customer at the time the claim is settled, by the supplier.
This Price Match Promise does not apply to the following fare types: any of the member- only, login-only or subscription fares; corporate, negotiated, student and military fares; tour operator or group rates; charter, consolidator or unavailable fare; obscurity in pricing that is clearly apparent when the fare is reviewed; any "opaque", auction or bidding model fare; any fare that is dependent on coupon use available only to the general public and not available to the reviewer of MikoFlight Inc; any fare that changes the effective fare when bundled with an unrelated service; any cashback or financing offer; or any fare that cannot be reproduced by the reviewer of MikoFlight Inc at the time of review. Exclusions apply also to claims where lower fare is from a different faring point, a different country, a different tax residency, a different treatment for currency conversion or different payment method surcharge available to claimant.
If the booking was facilitated, that must be taken into consideration in the comparison. A total that is assisted by a competitor website (phone/online or chat) but a competitor rate does not offer an equal level of assisted service will not be invalidated by a corresponding online-only transaction. However, where a claimant demonstrates that another assisted transaction for the same route included a compulsory assisted fee which was lower, MikoFlight Inc may take such a like for like claim on the basis of the same criteria.
MikoFlight Inc may refuse to accept repeated submissions if they are abusive or otherwise fraudulent, such as claims resulting from copying screenshots, accessing stale caches, automated scraping or offers which are not actually available to public purchase. It shall not apply consecutively to dispute all the fare changes that occur post booking. This page is to correct any objectively verifiable mismatch in airline prices, and it is not insurance against airline price movement.
The decision to make a Price Match claim does not mean that any subsequent voluntary refund, exchange or cancellation will not incur airline or agency post-ticketing fees. If the claim is rejected, the original booking remains on fare rules as appeared during check-in and other MikoFlight policies, as well.

All claims accepted will not be settled until MikoFlight Inc has confirmed the lower fare is publicly available, is bookable and is “materially the same” as the MikoFlight confirmed fare. Dynamic price differences, cached prices, membership-only promotions and prices without required fees will not qualify.
