The given base currency is "USD" per default until proof of some other currency may be provided before the approval of payment. If MikoFlight decides to give an ARC number it has to authenticate its genuineness by an ARC check just prior to printing.

The airline names, information on routes, schedules and the fare brand/ logo on this website are merely used in order to refer to the travel content or the source (hereafter termed the "content supplier") and do not necessarily mean any association, endorsement or sponsorship of the airline (or its brand) or of the content by MikoFlight Inc. MikoFlight Inc will offer self-service and/or assisted bookings which may be made by phone, chat or e-mail. Prices listed on the website – if available – and price received by quotation through an assisted channel, may differ, particularly where there is a difference in service level, where there are differences in assisted-booking fees – or when the timing/availability of the booking through the two channels varies.

On MikoFlight, MikoFlight Inc would love to see pricing be transparent, review and fair. If the total amount of publicly available airfare could have been just as reasonable for the same itinerary as the MikoFlight ticket on or shortly after a MikoFlight booking, then due to the terms below, MikoFlight Inc reserves the right to look at a claim submitted properly to determine if it is accepted. When a claim is well documented, it does guarantee that it will be taken the same way through all time; there will be no hidden criteria.

"The same itinerary" means having the same flying airlines, essentially (where applicable) flying with the same flying companies and flights, the same departure airport, the same arrival airport, the same time frame for travelling, the same time frame (if it is specified) for leaving (and where that is stated, binds the same time frame), the same fare basis (the same fare code), the same passenger type, same passenger number (And where it is specified, the same type and number of passengers). The key principle of a public comparison exercise will always be an apples-to-apples comparison. Also, if the quote specifies a fee amount for an assisted-service charge, it may not be similar to the price of an agent-assisted travel planning service performed online. If a comparison site charges a lower total price ahead of their required fees with a print headline, but the lure is followed by the higher fee, the lower total is not necessarily cheaper, this page before the required fees are added to the print headline; to say that it is a lower total, there needs to be a lower total to the public as well.

The following is the criteria for MikoFlight Inc to consider claims: The lower fare was advertised for the entire travel; and The lower fare was available to all during the claim period. All those charges that can be determined at the time of buying the ticket or not, are included in the lower total price. If there are 2 optional extras, but the customer wants to take 1 optional and the other optional is providing one without optional then the other can't be in the comparative check because the other is not providing it with an optional either. The calculation of taxes – comparison of taxes – is only considered when the tax charged is subject to change after passenger information is entered in.

The Price Match Claim can only be made up to the time of booking confirmation by MikoFlight Inc. or until the flight takes place, whichever is earlier, 24 hours after booking confirmation. The claim must include the MikoFlight booking reference, the itinerary(s) that had been booked, booker's full name, the lesser amount, the comparison URL (if applicable), capture date/time, currency displayed, screenshots or an objective, third party record of the lesser public amount. If it is impracticable, based on the documents initially submitted, to determine the answer then MikoFlight Inc.

MikoFlight Inc will pay your “Price match” claim, if it is successful, either through. An example would be if the booking were still valid, and the scenario played out according to what would happen in reality, MikoFlight Inc. could have distinction between the overall amount paid from the lower reputed like overall amount paid. Second, in case the refund is not operationally practicable, but there is another appropriate and disclosing remedy, the difference should be provided as an agency credit and not as a price difference. Thirdly, if the flight booking is within the appropriate time frame, in which case the newly quoted fare can be canceled without the loss of the airfare cost, MikoFlight Inc will give you an opportunity to cancel the booking and receive back your booking costs according to cancellation policies. The amount of the actual remedy to extend will rely on the condition of the ticket, how long it has remained open, if it's been paid, and disclosure of rules/feasibility to the consumer at the time the claim is resolved, by the supplier.

This Price Match Promise excludes following fare types: Any fare type as part of a member- only fare, login-only fare, subscription fare; corporate fare, negotiated fare, coupon use required to get this fare of which is not generally available; student fare, military fare; tour operator fare or group rate; charter fare, consolidator fare, or unavailable fare; obscurity of pricing, where this is clearly apparent when viewed by the reviewer at MikoFlight Inc; any "opaque", auction or bidding model fare; any cashback or financing offer; any fare which changes the effective price when bundled with an unrelated service; any fare that cannot be reproduced by the reviewer at MikoFlight Inc at the time of viewing. Exclusions also apply in cases where lower fare is from a different faring point, country, tax residency, or lower fare has different currency conversion and/or payment method surcharge available to claimant.

Where a booking was brought about, this should be considered in a comparison. When a competitor website (phone/online or chat) provides this assistance, but a competitor rate is not involved it will not be considered a transaction that has been invalidated. MikoFlight Inc, however, may make a claim on the basis of the same criteria that a claimant has made where another assisted transaction has been made for the same route with a compulsory assisted transaction fee that was lower.

If repeated submissions are considered abusive or otherwise dishonest, including if they involve claims based solely on screenshots or are based on outdated entries of available items into the public sale, print or make copies of those items and include automated "scraping" offers, then those submissions may not be accepted at all by MikoFlight Inc. It will not automatically be used on the contrary as far as the following fare changes after booking. This is not a guarantee of airline's price changing, but is done in order to correct any objectively verifiable discrepancy in airline prices.

When a claim is made for a Price Match, this does not negate any other voluntary cancellation or exchange or airline / agency post-ticketing fees. In case of rejection the fare rules of the original booking is applied to the scanned booking and so are all other policies of Mikoflyg.

All claims accepted will not be settled until MikoFlight Inc has confirmed the lower fare is publicly available, is bookable and is “materially the same” as the MikoFlight confirmed fare. Dynamic price differences, cached prices, membership only promotions or prices but no required membership fee will not do.
