Every traveler on a Scoot and Scoot Plus flight is allowed one hand baggage and one cabin baggage. The total size should not exceed 54 x 38 x 23 cm of cabin baggage.

The dimension of the personal device (like a pocket book or the small handbag) should not be more than 40 x 30 x 10 centimeters.

The weights of cabin bag and personal must not exceed 10 kg on regular tickets, and 15 kg on Scoot Plus customers.

Scoot Airlines Checked Baggage:

The rate for economy customers does not include checked baggage. It is necessary to purchase checked baggage, with weight options ranging from 20 to 40 kilograms per bag. There will be additional costs.

The ticket for Scoot Plus passengers includes 30 kg of checked luggage, with the option to add an extra 20–40 kg of checked baggage per bag. There will be additional costs.

Scoot Airlines Online Check-in:

Online check-in is possible using the Scoot online check-in service. The cities of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, India, Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Palembang, Semarang, Manado, Hong Kong, Taipei, Kaohsiung, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Berlin, Nanjing, Davao and Athens among others are where you could do your online check-in. Check-in can be conducted online 48 hours ahead of the scheduled time of the flight and it would end 1 hour before.

Scoot Airlines Check-in at the airport:

Airport check-in starts three hours before the time that the plane departs and ends one hour before. It has incomplete Wi-Fi coverage in some flights that are practiced by the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Scoot Wi-Fi is not free of charge; the length of the flight and data packages available will determine the cost you will have to pay.
